Ariché (Ty) is a Rarámuri and Czech Usui Reiki practitioner and Peer Recovery Specialist with over ten years of certified experience in energy work. Blending ancestral wisdom with formal training and spiritual exploration, they offer a reflective and compassionate space for curiosity, depth, and healing.
They also serve their community as a Crisis Counselor, Peer Support Specialist, and Youth Mental Health First Aider.
Their sessions provide grounded energetic support—encouraging release, restoration, and authentic conversations, meeting each person exactly where they are.

Free is a proud native of Newark, NJ, a Haitian-American, and a poet at heart.
Free is passionate about supporting advocacy movements through breathwork, meditation and yoga. They enjoy making spaces that allow for recentering as we fight towards our collective liberation.

KWANZA

Founder of Tonix Wellness, Kwanza Cox-Baker (they/them) is a holistic health practitioner who is passionate about building a better world for their queer community.
As a certified yoga teacher and trained folk herbalist, Kwanza champions a holistic approach to one's healing journey. They have facilitated somatic-based
workshops, led bodywork courses, and are currently studying to be a Mental Health Therapist

TREVOR LEE
HE/HIM
Founder of With Love Projects, Trev is a queer yoga instructor and community facilitator committed to making wellness accessible for LGBTQ+ people in Los Angeles. They teach Vinyasa, Yin, and Candlelit Yoga with a trauma-informed, nervous-system-centered approach that prioritizes rest, autonomy, and collective care.
Trev has organized over 190 free and donation-based events, partnering with LGBTQ+ centers, recovery programs, and local organizations to offer movement, meditation, and queer-centered healing spaces. Their work focuses on creating safer, anti-oppressive environments where community can breathe, reconnect, and belong.

TAYLOR REDD

As a yoga instructor, Taylor is dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing space for students to embark on a journey of self-discovery, connection, and growth. Having experienced the transformative power of yoga firsthand, She’s passionate about guiding others as they cultivate awareness, inner peace, and community. Through a blend of yin, slow flow vinyasa, and hot yoga, Taylor helps her students tap into their inner strength and resilience. By incorporating breathwork and meditation, she support students in deepening their connection to themselves and the world around them. Taylor’s goal is to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment where unsung communities feel seen, heard, and supported as they explore their practice and discover their true potential.

HOLLY SEELY

Holly has been part of the LA yoga community for seven years. She completed a 200-hour Teacher Training with Black Dog Yoga and holds additional training in Yin Yoga. Holly believes that all bodies are welcome in a yoga class and is committed to providing an inclusive, all-levels environment that grounds personal growth in community care.

JOE-JOE KELLY
HE/HIM
Born and raised in San Francisco, Joe-Joe first discovered yoga as a dance and theatre student. After an autoimmune flare-up shifted his practice, he embraced a slower, more exploratory style of Vinyasa. Joe-Joe completed his 200-hour teacher training at Be the Change Yoga and continues to deepen his studies at Kutilaa School of Embodied Resilience and Shiva Yoga. Influenced by somatics, Reiki, and the arts, he's forever a student and grateful to his teachers along the way.
